Swinging into Fall: RedPeak's Annual Fall Event at Top Golf

It’s the most wonderful time of year- the annual RedPeak all-company Fall Event! This Fall Event is a beloved tradition and a day dedicated to fun, camaraderie, and celebrating our incredible team. This year’s event took us to Top Golf, where we traded desks for driving ranges and enjoyed an afternoon of camaraderie, celebrating our hard work and reminding ourselves to Keep Work Fun.

Excitement filled the air as we arrived at Top Golf, eager to reconnect with colleagues and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon. The atmosphere was electric as each bay teed off, showcasing their best swings (and some not-so-best swings!). Teams were challenged to blind swings, one-legged swings, and even swings with our non-dominant arm – all while rocking tutus or star-worthy glasses for good measure. Amongst the chaos, a fierce and friendly solo cup tower-building competition was taking place, with the HVAC team proving their maintenance skills extend beyond the HVAC system and others putting their problem-solving skills to work, collaborating with other bay members for the strongest, tallest tower!

As the event came to a close, we gathered for the ever-anticipated award ceremony. Awards were given for the highest scoring team and individual, and even the “RedPeak Rookie” with the lowest score received recognition. The team with the tallest solo cup tower took home the victory and a golden trophy, while the “Most Spirited” award was presented to the individual who truly embodied the RedPeak spirit throughout the afternoon

The RedPeak fall event isn’t just about swings and games; it’s a way to acknowledge the dedication of our incredible team. Our team works hard throughout the year to champion RedPeak’s mission and values. This annual event is a celebration of that hard work, a chance for everyone to take a break from the daily grind and enjoy some quality time with fellow team members. It’s a perfect example of RedPeak’s commitment to Keep Work Fun and Invest in Each Other. By fostering a positive and supportive work environment, we can build a stronger team and achieve even greater things together.
