Full-time team members receive generous annual PTO accrual, including 8 paid holidays and your birthday. Employees will also receive parental leave, volunteer and voting PTO, and a 3 week sabbatical at 10 years of employment.
Full health, dental and vision insurance plans are offered to all employees. RedPeak offers a confidential EAP for team members and families. The program provides Professional Counseling Services, Legal, Financial and other resources to assist with the well-being of employees. A Maintenance position holds high standards as it works on the day-to-day tasks of each property. These beloved Team Members are responsible for the general condition of the RedPeak communities. Working directly with residents to complete maintenance duties, you’ll need to have a passion for customer service.
As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be a RedPeak brand ambassador. Living and breathing the brand and speaking to the local audience. Your role is very important and key to leasing apartments and exceeding customer expectations.
Working in Management, customer service and property management come first. You’ll have direct contact with customers and you’ll thrive at enhancing RedPeak’s customer service platform. As a cornerstone of the RedPeak experience, you are a critical member of the team.
