My time with RedPeak has been one of growth, learning, and bonding. I’ve experienced tons of opportunities for training and development and have watched my fellow team members grow and flourish from one position to the next. It feels good to know the top-level people who run the company and have actual conversations and interactions with them, instead of just seeing them as a picture and a quote through the computer. Through the highs and lows, I've always felt supported from people who genuinely care.

RedPeak is truly a place where you can spread your wings and build your own success story. I joined the company in 2020 as a Leasing Professional at one of our largest properties and immediately fell in love with the team and culture. After a few years out of state, returning to RedPeak was a no-brainer—I checked the careers page as soon as I moved back to Denver. Since rejoining as a Move-In Coordinator, I’ve grown into the roles of Operational Manager and now Community Manager. It’s been really great to experience grow with such a supportive team and to see how we’ve all built our paths together.

I started working at RedPeak in January of 2019 as a Maintenance Technician. From the very start I knew this was a company that truly cared about their employees. RedPeak has given me the knowledge and experience to move up from a Maintenance Technician to Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, then to Maintenance Supervisor, and now to my current role as Regional Service Manager. I’ve been provided with an abundance of educational resources, opportunities and excellent benefits that have helped both my professional and personal development. RedPeak is unlike any other, I feel incredibly fortunate to work for such an amazing company!

I love RedPeak. After 10 years with the company, I’m truly happy because RedPeak has always treated me with dignity and respect, both as a professional and as a person.

I've been in the industry for 32 years and it was so refreshing when I came to RedPeak in 2021. RedPeak isn't big and corporate but that's what makes us so special. We're family to each other.

My career with RedPeak has truly been a journey. I began on the Operations side, where I had the opportunity to get to know many of our communities and build a strong foundation. With the support to learn and grow, I transitioned into a Project Management role, applying my operational experience to successfully execute large capital projects while always keeping our residents and onsite teams in mind. Most recently, I’ve stepped into the role of Director of Facilities Management, and I’ve loved every moment. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a great organization and look forward to many more years with this team.

I've been working here at RedPeak for just over 5 years now and cannot say enough about the culture and environment we work in. Since joining RedPeak in 2021, I’ve truly loved being part of this team. The company has gone above and beyond in supporting me and my team with certifications and professional development- far beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere. That level of investment has allowed me to grow and truly flourish in my role.

I began my journey with RedPeak in February 2019 as a Leasing Consultant and have since grown through the roles of Assistant Manager and Community Manager, eventually transitioning to the Home Office as a Systems Support Coordinator and now Pricing and Systems Manager. I truly value the opportunities for growth and the consistent support we receive to achieve our goals. I’ve been with RedPeak since 2019 and can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve ever worked. I feel truly comfortable here and genuinely love what I do- I love to clean! Most of all, I love being part of a team where everyone comes together to support one another whenever help is needed.

I’ve been with RedPeak since 2013, starting as a Multi-Site Community Manager and growing into the role I’m in today. One of the main reasons I’ve stayed so long is the genuine care that runs throughout the company- from top leadership all the way down to every team member.
