Full health, dental and vision insurance plans are offered to all employees plus a monthly wellness reimbursement up to $75. RedPeak offers a EAP for team members and families to assist with the well-being of employees.
Full-time team members receive generous annual PTO accrual, including 8 paid holidays and your birthday. Employees will also receive volunteer and voting PTO and a 3 week sabbatical at 10 years of employment.
RedPeak provides a competitive 401K company match, employees are fully vested from day one of eligibility.

“R & R” for mental health and relaxation time is offered to RedPeak’s onsite team members twice a year. A $1,000 clothing allowance is awarded to our onsite office team members and $300 to our service team members annually. Uniforms are provided to our service team members. Cell phone reimbursement offered.
