There's No Place like RedPeak: 2026 Leadership Conference

We followed the yellow brick road… and it led straight to our 4th Annual RedPeak Leadership Conference, “There’s No Place Like RedPeak”.

With two days surrounded by our team leaders, this year’s event challenged us to reflect on what it truly means to lead with brains, heart, and courage. And throughout the conference, one thing became clear: the real magic isn’t in a destination- it’s in our people.

Brains: Insight That Moves Us Forward- We were honored to welcome keynote speakers Dr. Debbie and Mark Cukro, who delivered a powerful message on exceptional leadership. They pushed us to think differently about influence, accountability, and the responsibility that comes with guiding teams. Their message was clear: great leadership isn’t accidental- it’s intentional.

Industry perspective followed with Greg LaPorta from Zillow, who joined RedPeak marketing leaders Leslie Parker and Brittney Downing to explore today’s renter landscape. From shifting expectations to evolving behaviors, the session gave our teams real-time insights to better serve our communities and stay ahead of the market.

Our Investment Director then grounded the conversation in the realities of the Denver market, sharing data-driven insights and forward-looking opportunities that shape our portfolio strategy.

Heart: The Stories That Shape Us- Perhaps the most meaningful moments came from within. CEO Josh Foley and COO Faith Aids took the stage with a fire-side chat to share their journeys- the lessons, the challenges, and the pivotal moments that shaped their leadership paths. Their authenticity was a powerful reminder that leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about growth, courage, and the people you surround yourself with. When leaders open up, it strengthens culture. It reinforces trust. And it reminds us that success is built on shared experience.

Courage: Alignment in Action- We closed the day with a dynamic maintenance leadership panel focused on alignment, communication, and operational excellence. It was a conversation about ownership, collaboration, and having the courage to raise standards across teams. Courage in leadership doesn’t always look dramatic. Often, it’s found in everyday decisions, choosing accountability, choosing collaboration, and choosing to lead forward together.
