RedPeak Promotes Two Community Managers

It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of two talented Multi-Site Community Managers, Caleb Fanch and Nicole Mabanag. These individuals have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Grant Central Welcomes a New Leader

Caleb’s journey with RedPeak began in July 2022 as the Operations Manager at The Seasons of Cherry Creek. Before joining our team, he honed his skills as a Multi-Site Assistant Manager for three years at other companies. Caleb’s dedication to RedPeak has always been evident. He was with RedPeak through the sale of The Seasons property in July 2023, but “boomeranged” back after only two short months in September to become the Manager at West Central, a two-community HUB in Arvada.

Now promoting to the six-property HUB of Grant Central, we are confident Caleb’s impressive leadership skills, adaptability, expertise, and decisive nature will continue to be a key to his success. We’re excited to see him excel in his new role and make a significant impact on Grant Central.

Nicole Steps Up at Sherman Central  

Nicole joined the RedPeak family in January 2024 as Community Manager of Colorado Station and 180 Flats Apartments. With over two decades of industry experience, including 15 years as a dedicated leasing professional, Nicole has a proven track record of success. Her passion for creating positive work environments and her commitment to our residents and team members will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of Sherman Central, an eleven- community HUB. We’re excited to see her continue to drive innovation and achieve new heights in this new role.
