RedPeak Announces The Manchester as Newest Addition to Local Denver Portfolio

DENVER, CO. — October 15, 2026 – RedPeak, a Denver-based property management company, is expanding its local portfolio with the acquisition of The Manchester, a 100-unit apartment community in Denver’s Cheesman Park neighborhood. Originally designed by late architect Roland Wilson, The Manchester offers residents an urban setting surrounded by some of the city’s most distinctive green spaces, including Cheesman Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens. 

Located at 2030 E 11th Ave., The Manchester features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with large, attractive layouts, sizable balconies, and views of the city, mountains, and surrounding parks.

The Manchester will be the sixth Roland Wilson-designed community to be owned and operated by RedPeak. The company’s familiarity with these special communities combined with a long-term ownership approach brings a unique familiarity to the acquisition and a deep appreciation for the character of the community.
