There is something truly special about the feeling of coming home. It’s where stories are shared, milestones are reached, and lasting communities are built. This year, that feeling carries an even deeper meaning for us. RedPeak is officially celebrating 25 years of Energizing Communities and Bringing People Together in Colorado!
To honor a quarter-century of connection, passion, and exceptional service, we are turning back the clock and throwing it back to a time-honored tradition. Put on your school colors, dust off your team gear, and get ready- we are officially kicking off the RedPeak Homecoming Spirit Week!
Scoring 25 Years of Community
Since our founding, RedPeak has been dedicated to more than just managing apartment buildings; we’ve been invested in building places where people truly feel they belong. From our dedicated team members to our incredible residents, every single person has played a vital role in our 25-year journey. Just like a traditional high school or college homecoming, this week is all about team pride, shared memories, and rallying together to celebrate how far we’ve come.
The Homecoming Week Lineup
We have a full week of high-energy festivities lined up for our teams at the Home Office and across all our communities:

- RedPeak Spirit Day: We are kicking things off by painting the town red! Our teams will be rocking their favorite RedPeak gear to show off their pride.
- Signing the RedPeak Yearbook: No homecoming week is complete without a yearbook! We’re heading over to RedPeak Recognition to trade appreciation comments and leave special shout-outs for the peers who make our everyday work life amazing.
- The Homecoming Poster Contest: Teams are tapping into their innovative flair, Doing it with Style, and designing custom spirit posters, which will compete for top prizes and decorate our walls for our Homecoming celebration.
- Sharing Our “Why”: We are opening up the history books and asking our team members to share their unique RedPeak stories on social media, highlighting the personal passion that drives our mission forward.
- Throwback Thursday (Y2K Edition): We’re throwing it back to the exact era RedPeak was founded with a full-on 2000s outfit competition and trivia spanning company history and pop culture.
Introducing the RedPeak Homecoming Court
In true homecoming fashion, we are shaking up tradition. We’ve traded in the standard Homecoming king and queen crowns for our very own Spirit Week Superlatives- an inclusive honor recognizing RedPeak’s peer-nominated culture-carriers. This superlative voting allows everyone across the company the chance to vote for the standout teammates who truly live out our core values: Earn the Reputation, Own It, Invest in Each Other, Go Forward, Do It with Style, and Keep Work Fun. These incredible individuals don’t just follow the status quo, they champion the spirit that makes RedPeak a wonderful place to work and live. The top winners of each superlative will make up the official RedPeak Homecoming Court and will be announced live at our Homecoming celebration at the end of the week!
Our 25-Year Homecoming Celebration
It all leads up to the ultimate Friday finale. Our teams are coming together at the Home Office for our official 25-Year Anniversary Homecoming Celebration. With a live DJ, delicious food, drinks, and the crowning of our values-based Homecoming Court, it’s going to be a party to remember.
Thank you to our amazing team members, partners, and residents who have made the last 25 years so unforgettable. Here’s to the memories we’ve built, the communities we love, and going forward into the next 25 years together.
