Pricing Powerhouse, Jeremy Zeidman, is Promoted to Director of Pricing and Revenue at the Home Office

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jeremy Zeidman to Director of Pricing and Revenue at the Home Office.

Jeremy joined RedPeak in June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in property management, asset management, accounting, and real estate finance. A summa cum laude graduate from DePaul University (in his hometown of Chicago), Jeremy holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Science in Real Estate with a focus on Finance and Development (University of Denver). After serving 4 years in the United States Navy and finishing school, Jeremy began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA license while working on several large real estate clients. After leaving public accounting he held diverse roles like Assistant Property Manager, Asset Management Analyst, Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, and Accounting & Finance Manager. Beyond his formal credentials, Jeremy boasts several industry certifications, including CPM, CCIM, and FMVA.

In addition to his exceptional technical skills, Jeremy’s positive demeanor and dedication to his role have made him a valuable asset to the RedPeak team. Jeremy’s commitment to professional growth and team success extends beyond his regular duties. He has taken the initiative to become a trainer for his fellow coworkers, sharing his knowledge and expertise to help others develop their skills.

As Director of Pricing and Revenue, Jeremy will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability for RedPeak’s portfolio. His expertise in property management, asset management, and accounting will be invaluable in this role.
