Sherri Keegan, Operations Manager at Grant Central – We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Sherri Keegan to Operations Manager at Grant Central! Sherri joined the RedPeak family in 2021 at the Seasons as a Concierge, quickly demonstrating her passion for resident satisfaction and her ability to connect with people. Her talent and drive led her to transition to the leasing team as a Move-In Coordinator, where she honed her skills at Downing, Grant, and Steele. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of our properties and the intricacies of the move-in process.

Sherri’s commitment to RedPeak is truly remarkable. Even after a brief period away, she “boomeranged” right back – a testament to her belief in our mission and her connection to our community. We’re so glad she did!

Samantha Keegan, Operations Manager at Downing Central– We are delighted to announce the promotion of Samantha Keegan to Operations Manager at Downing Central! Samantha’s time at RedPeak showcases her unwavering passion for property management and her commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Samantha joined the RedPeak team in 2022 as a Move-In Coordinator, a role she embraced as the perfect way to return to the property management field after a short amount of time in the insurance industry. What truly sets Samantha apart is her remarkable ability to provide customer service with authenticity, genuine warmth, and undeniable charisma. She has a natural talent for connecting with people and creating positive experiences, which makes her a valuable asset to our team and our residents.
