Dean Steib promoted to Portfolio Director

RedPeak celebrated the promotion of Dean Steib from Portfolio Director to Portfolio Manager to round out the end of 2021. Dean joined RedPeak in 2019 and created an immediate, positive impact on his teams and the company – and this impact snowballed as he successfully led his team through the pandemic. He strives to help RedPeak uphold the reputation we’ve developed over 20 years during a very difficult time. Dean was the first external portfolio-level hire in 15 years, and it was critical to find the right professional and someone that could bring something new to our culture. Dean checks all of these boxes and is a valued member of the RedPeak family. We are excited for his recent promotion and can’t wait to see what Dean accomplishes next.
