The MILTs Take on the Mountains!
The second annual RedPeak Innovation Team Retreat is in the books and was a great success! Lead by Chief Innovation Officer, Faith Aids, the Innovation team, consisting of Marketing, Systems & Technology and Learning & Development departments, spent nearly three days hunkered down in the mountains of Granby, Colorado planning for the future of RedPeak and paving the innovation roadmap for 2024.
The Innovation team, lovingly referred to as the MILT (Marketing, Innovation, Learning Team), is responsible for spearheading technology and efficiency initiatives for RedPeak and raising the bar and the standard for efficiency and new ideas within the company. Topics of discussion and planning included a deep dive into 2023 data and reflection, upcoming advancements in systems support, acceleration of team member training and development, and efficiency opportunities within marketing, brand awareness and resident retention.
Of course, in true RedPeak fashion, they also made time to Keep Work Fun! The team spent their final evening of the retreat on the Tiki Boat on Grand Lake celebrating Head of Learning and Development, Lori Snider’s, Aloha 60th birthday. The impact of this retreat gifted to this team was truly immeasurable as everyone had the opportunity to learn from one another and come together as one strong RedPeak family, something that truly sets this team apart from others like it in the industry. They have come back refreshed and excited to hit the ground running for 2024 initiatives and advancements.
