Patrick Beck
Patrick Beck started in the apartment industry as a maintenance technician at a luxury high rise in downtown Minneapolis in 1999. He was fortunate to travel to Colorado to help with a property and fell in love with the state. He moved to Colorado in 2001 where he continued his career in the apartment maintenance industry. Patrick joined RedPeak in September 2011 as the maintenance supervisor for the luxury high rise, 1600 Glenarm. Moving into the Urban Portfolio, he oversaw the development of the maintenance program and expansive growth in the urban market. Promoted to Regional Manager of Maintenance Services in 2020, Patrick has been a key asset in the development and implementation of the maintenance training program along with many maintenance policies and procedures that are in place today. No matter what the obstacle is, Patrick can find a solution. He is not afraid to get dirty and you will find him in the thick of it with his teams when the need arises. He enjoys learning and doing new things, spending time with his two children, and experiencing the beauty of nature that is all around us in Colorado.
