Regional Manager of Maintenance Services
Patrick Beck
Patrick began his career in the apartment industry in 1999 as a maintenance technician at a luxury high-rise in downtown Minneapolis. His career path shifted when he traveled to Colorado for a property project, falling in love with the state and relocating in 2001 to continue his work in apartment maintenance. He joined RedPeak in September 2011 as the maintenance supervisor for the luxury high-rise, 1600 Glenarm.
In the Urban Portfolio, Patrick played a key role in developing the maintenance program and driving growth within the urban market. His leadership and vision led to his promotion to Regional Manager of Maintenance Services in 2020, where he spearheaded the creation of maintenance policies, procedures, and systems that guide operations today. He has also been instrumental in managing asbestos and mold mitigation programs, alongside other fire life safety initiatives, ensuring the health and safety of RedPeak’s residents and team members.
Patrick is deeply committed to training new team members and mentoring others, fostering growth within his teams. His passion for helping others drove the creation of the Maintenance Training Center (MTC), offering hands-on training opportunities for his teams. After obtaining his Certified Pool Operator (CPO) instructor certification in 2023, he began providing CPO certifications alongside the EPA 608 refrigerant certification, equipping team members with essential qualifications.
Known for his solution-oriented approach and "get it done" attitude, Patrick is always willing to roll up his sleeves and work alongside his teams when needed. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new skills, spending time with his two children, and embracing the natural beauty of Colorado.

Once, during a hike, my dog got stuck on the side of a rock face. It was such a tricky spot that the fire department had to rappel down to rescue him! The whole ordeal even made it onto the news.
