Geoff Roth

Geoff has been in the multifamily industry for over 15 years, starting his career as a leasing agent with Carmel Partners. Geoff joined RedPeak as a Community Manager in 2013 where he served as a Multi-site Manager overseeing properties in Thronton. After this, he continued to grow throughout the company overseeing a Downtown Denver High rise, a lease up in Uptown and eventually our largest asset in Cherry Creek. Geoff was initially promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2019 and promoted to Portfolio Director in 2022 and currently oversees a small building hub and several conventional communities from Thornton to DTC. Geoff was born and raised east of Colorado Springs on a 40-acre ranch, where he was a member of 4-H for 8 years. While not at work, Geoff enjoys watching the Broncos, Avalanche and Nuggets. As any good Coloradan, Geoff loves exploring the outdoors and travelling with his wife, young kids and dog.
