Her work with RedPeak from 2013-2018 established the company's tech-focused marketing strategy and awarded her the AAMD Tribute Award for Most Outstanding Marketing Professional. During her time as Vice President of Marketing and Branding at Laramar, Faith led the rebranding of the Local by Laramar platform, which later won an MFE Award, a corporate rebrand and website development for Laramar Group, and the implementation of Recognize, Laramar’s first nationwide employee recognition program. Faith "boomeranged" back home to RedPeak in 2020 with a subsequent promotion to Chief Innovation Officer, overseeing RedPeak's formal change management process and the Marketing, Systems & Innovation, and Learning & Development teams. Reflecting her significant contributions to RedPeak's success, Faith was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in October 2024, a strategic advancement underscoring her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to operational excellence and innovation. A Georgia native and avid Georgia Bulldog fan, Faith has embraced her adopted home state of Colorado. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time hiking with her husband and dog babies, and exploring all that the state has to offer.
