Faith Aids articulates RedPeak’s unique offerings through full-spectrum marketing, branding, systems and tech initiatives. In her 20+ career, Faith has held various Marketing roles including Marketing Specialist and Regional Marketing Manager at Carmel Partners and Vice President of Marketing & Branding at Laramar Group. Her work with RedPeak from 2013-2018 established the company's tech-focused marketing strategy, and awarded her the AAMD Tribute Award for Most Outstanding Marketing Professional. During her time as Vice President of Marketing and Branding at Laramar, Aids led the rebrand of the Local by Laramar platform, corporate rebrand and website development for Laramar Group, and the implementation of Recognize, Laramar’s first nationwide employee recognition program. Faith happily "boomeranged" to RedPeak in 2020 and since her return, Aids oversees RedPeak's formal change management process and the Marketing, Innovation, Learning & Development and Systems teams. She knows that today’s climate dictates constant innovation and is dedicated to staying ahead of trend and relevant to today’s consumer. While some say, “proof is in the pudding,” Faith says, “success is in the stack.” She’s an expert at pivoting between platforms and executes low and high-risk decisions without hesitation. A Georgia native and avid Georgia Bulldog fan, Faith feels she has two home states. The first, she was born and raised in, the second she fell in love with the moment she arrived. From what she describes as “the beautiful quality of life” to embracing the Denver Broncos, camping in the high country and hiking with her husband and dog babies, Faith is one of those Colorado transplants that knows more about what to do and where to go than many natives. Faith is a graduate of the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program – class of 2015, and her volunteer efforts include Lifeline Puppy Rescue and serving on the Greenway Foundation's Riverfest Committee. Faith currently serves on the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, AIM’s Advisory Board and Knock’s Customer Advisory Board.

Welcoming Faith back and her subsequent promotion to oversee innovation was a milestone moment for RedPeak.
