Dean Steib

Dean began his career In property management in 1994 with Lincoln Property Company as a leasing consultant and worked his way to Business Manager. After seven years with Lincoln, he joined Gables Residential, as a Senior Manager managing multi-site communities. In 2007, he was promoted to Regional Manager where he provided leadership and oversight for 7 communities in Atlanta, Chicago and Memphis totally over 3000 units. In 2013 and after 7 years as a Regional Manger with Gables, Dean relocated to the Denver area and was hired by Riverstone Residential where he was responsible for oversight on a diverse portfolio of 7 assets for various clients including, UBS, Wood Partners, GenCap, Millcreek, Blackrock and Radco. These assets included garden, mid-rise, high-rise and mixed use. Management of these assets included new construction lease-ups, rehab/ value ad/repositioning. After a year and a half during the purchase by Greystar, he looked to Holland Partner Group for a Regional manager position. At Holland, Dean supervised JV and fee assets with established relationships with UBS, Invesco, NASH, Mesirow and Principal.In 2014, Dean was offered the opportunity to join Lincoln Property Company again as their Senior Regional Manager where he helped to grow the mountain region with brining on new clients and helping existing clients with purchases of new properties. He also provided leadership to two additional Regional Managers while overseeing a variety of assets including new lease ups, stabilized and value ad. Dean Started with RedPeak in August of 2019 as a Portfolio Manager. He has been overseeing 3 Urban hubs totaling 21 properties. He has also been a coach on the RedPeak Customer Service/Sustainability forward committee. . His favorite thing about Colorado is the mountains and everything outdoors. He also loves traveling, gardening, collecting art, spending time with his 7 year old son, Romeo.
