Craig Kalman
Craig Kalman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at RedPeak, where he leads the firm’s investment and asset management functions across its Denver-based multifamily portfolio. Since joining RedPeak in 2018, Craig has worked alongside talented teams to support disciplined growth, thoughtful debt financing strategies, and long-term value creation for residents and partners. He brings over 15 years of real estate and finance experience to the team and has held roles in investment sales, finance and accounting at firms including JLL, UDR, and The Related Companies.
Over the course of his 8 years at RedPeak, Craig has been involved in 20 multifamily transactions representing 33 assets and over $500 million in value. He has led the execution of more than 45 debt financings totaling approximately $450 million and has participated in multiple dispositions. His impact can be seen across some of RedPeak’s most notable milestones, including the off-market acquisition of 532 Golfers Way, which ultimately led to the development of The Allyson Townhomes, the sourcing and acquisition of Elowyn Townhomes in 2022 for $75 million, and the acquisition of Monaco Row in 2025 for $64.8 million. Each of these moments reflects Craig’s ability to identify opportunity, execute with discipline, and contribute meaningfully to the long-term success of the portfolio. Craig approaches his work with a collaborative mindset and a focus on thoughtful execution of RedPeak’s long term investment strategy.
