Brian Lynch
Brian made his big debut in the apartment industry over 23 years ago, starting as a groundskeeper in 1999. Since then, he has been a driving force within the industry having been promoted from Service Technician to Service Manager before his start at RedPeak in 2013. Brian joined the RedPeak Construction Team as a Project Manager, overseeing substantial capital projects across the entire RedPeak portfolio. In 2021, he returned onsite as a Service Manager when projects slowed down but found his way back home managing larger capital projects on the construction team 1 year later. Brian’s most exemplified RedPeak value? Go Forward- and he’s done just that through his service to teams such as the Teams for Tomorrow, the Coaching Team, and the Sustainability Committee. It’s no surprise he was awarded the RedPeak Impact Award in 2018 and celebrated his 10 year anniversary at RedPeak in August, 2023! Born and raised in Colorado, you can find Brian fishing or hunting in the warmer seasons or immersed in the great outdoors hiking with his beautiful wife and two kids.
