Alan Eathorne

Alan Eathorne has been a part of the RedPeak team since 2014, serving as the Director of Development & Construction. With over 28 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Alan has worked across diverse sectors, including industrial, office, hospitality, condominium, multi-family apartments, and large-scale urban mixed-use developments. His expertise spans various asset classes, construction technologies, materials, and logistics. At RedPeak, Alan oversees all aspects of development, design, and construction, managing both new developments and value-add projects. Before joining RedPeak, he honed his skills as a Construction Manager at CFC Construction and Bovis Lend Lease. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a General Contractor - Class A Supervisor Certificate for the City and County of Denver, LEED Building Design + Construction accreditation, and an Associate Level Real Estate Broker license. When he's not managing projects, Alan enjoys life in the Rockies with his wife and son, where he spends his free time playing ice hockey, skiing, dirt biking, hiking, and diving into Denver’s lively music scene.
