Alan Eathorne
Alan Eathorne joined RedPeak in 2014 and is the Director of Development & Construction. Alan has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects including industrial, office, hospitality, condominium, multi-family apartments and large urban mixed-use developments. These projects involve a wide variety of asset classes, construction technologies, building materials, and logistics. Alan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, design and construction within RedPeak, including all new development and value add projects. Alan gained experience as a Construction Manager for CFC Construction and Bovis Lend Lease prior to joining the RedPeak team. Alan has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He holds a General Contractor - Class A Supervisor Certificate in the City and County of Denver, is a LEED Building Design + Construction Accredited Professional and has an Associate Level Real Estate Broker license. When he's not in the office, Alan spends his time enjoying life in the Rockies with his wife and son. He loves playing ice hockey, skiing, hiking and the music scene in the mile-high city.
