Service Summit 2022, a resounding success!
Two years is a long time for the RedPeak team to not be together, and when it finally happened on March 2nd, the 2022 Service Summit was sure to be full of surprises, fun, excitement and inspiration.
This year’s theme was Keep Climbing, and the entire team converged at the Elle Caulkens Studio Loft for an afternoon featuring updates and exciting progress from CEO, Mark Windhager, CIO, Bobby Hutchinson and COO, Jared Miller. Professional artist and presenter Sam Glenn received a standing ovation for his inspiring keynote, sharing the 5 Pillars of Resilience, (all while creating a painting of mountain peaks), and Leslie Parker and Bobby Hutchinson entertained the crowd with a rapid-fire t-shirt cannon shoot-off.
During the pandemic, RedPeak celebrated a milestone 20 years in business, and to commemorate, the team created a video for CEO, Mark Windhager to acknowledge and thank him for his many efforts in ensuring RedPeak is, and continues to be, a great place to work. Mark’s newest endeavor, the Make Your Mark scholarship fund was introduced at the Summit, and will be open to RedPeak team members, their families and residents of RedPeak communities to provide educational opportunities in the trades and higher education to individuals having a need.
Members of the 2021 Forward team were also recognized during the event for their contributions, receiving custom RedPeak Vans, and the 2022 FORWARD team was announced, containing five new members:
- Jackie Olsen
- Brandon Lyons
- Dillon Dugan
- Chloe Conner
- Emma Bernard
Forward members are cultural ambassadors for RedPeak, and their contributions ensure team members feel supported and recognized, the resident experience is optimal, new programs are enthusiastically embraced and give-back programs work to energize the communities served.
