RedPeak's Marketing, Innovation, and Learning Team Returns from Keystone Retreat Refreshed and Ready for 2025
Keystone, CO – The Marketing, Innovation, and Learning team at RedPeak, lovingly known as the MILTs, recently concluded their third annual retreat in the heart of the Colorado mountains. Led by Chief Innovation Officer, Faith Aids, the team embarked on a three-day journey of brainstorming, collaboration, and inspiration to shape their department’s company initiatives for the upcoming year.
As the vibrant green mountains of Keystone provided a stunning backdrop, the team delved deep into strategic planning, exploring innovative ideas to enhance RedPeak’s market position. The retreat served as a catalyst for fostering creativity and teamwork, as colleagues came together to share perspectives and contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.
While the primary focus of the retreat was on work, the team also prioritized well-being and team bonding. A refreshing hike to Lake Dillon on the first day allowed colleagues to connect with nature and each other, setting a positive tone for the following days. A morning dedicated to restorative yoga and meditation provided an opportunity for the team to recharge and refocus, returning to their work with renewed energy and clarity.
To cap off the final evening of retreat, Aids invited a personal chef into the cabin, preparing a delectable four-course meal for the team, fostering a sense of camaraderie and appreciation. The evening offered a chance to relax and celebrate the accomplishments of the retreat while building stronger relationships among team members.
“This year’s retreat was an incredible experience,” said Faith Aids, Chief Innovation Officer. “I am blown away by the alignment of our Team and inspired by everyone’s plans for 2025. I have no doubt it is going to be another incredible year for RedPeak Innovation.”
As the team returns to the office, they are energized and motivated to implement their plans for the upcoming year. The retreat has left them feeling confident in their ability to elevate innovation and efficiency at RedPeak. With a renewed sense of purpose and collaboration, the Marketing, Innovation, and Learning team is poised to drive the company forward.
The success of this year’s retreat has already set the stage for an even more impactful gathering in 2025. The team eagerly anticipates their next mountain adventure, where they will continue to shape RedPeak’s future.
