RedPeak Spreads Holiday Cheer By Partnering With Local Organizations

Company Initiatives Responsibility

At RedPeak, our mission is to Energize Communities and Bring People Together, and this extends beyond our apartment communities to our larger Denver community, where we were founded 22 years ago. This Holiday season, we continued our long tradition of carrying out our mission by partnering with two organizations within our community: Savio House and Food Bank of the Rockies.

Bringing Joy to Families with Savio House

Savio House was recommended to us by a beloved RedPeak Team Member who has a family member who works with the organization. Savio House is a non-profit child wellness organization dedicated to protecting and keeping children with their families when destructive behaviors threaten to tear families apart. We chose to “adopt” three families in need in effort to make their holiday extra special. RedPeak Team Members generously donated gifts such as toys, clothing, books, self-care items, and more to create magical moments for these families as they stay strong in tough circumstances. The overwhelming support from our team brought smiles to faces and provided much-needed assistance to families facing difficult circumstances.

Fighting Hunger with Food Bank of the Rockies

We also partnered with the Food Bank of the Rockies, a leading hunger relief organization in our region. Through a company-wide canned food drive, RedPeak team members and residents collected a significant amount of non-perishable food items. These donations will be distributed to food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens across Colorado, helping to combat hunger and provide essential nourishment to those in need during the holidays and beyond.

The enthusiasm and generosity of our team during these donation drives were truly inspiring. It reflects RedPeak’s core values of Investing in Each Other and Earning the Reputation. We are proud to work alongside individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Our values motivate us in every decision, big and small. They define how we support each other and how we serve our community.

Looking Ahead

Denver is more than just our company headquarters, it’s our home too. Our founder made a commitment to focus on the Denver and Colorado market from day one. Beyond the Holidays

While the holidays may be a time for increased giving, RedPeak encourages our Team Members to volunteer and support local causes throughout the year by offering paid time off for volunteering. We believe that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
