Mariah Cue Promoted to System Support Specialist

We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Mariah Cue to Systems Support Specialist. Mariah’s exceptional proficiency in supporting RedPeak’s initiatives, coupled with her unparalleled commitment to assisting Team Members across the organization, has set her apart as an invaluable asset to Team RedPeak.

In her role as Systems Support Coordinator, Mariah consistently demonstrates a high level of expertise and efficiency in addressing technological challenges. Her proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our systems run smoothly have not only benefited our daily operations but have also played a crucial role in advancing RedPeak’s goals around innovation.

Mariah’s ability to provide timely and effective solutions has not gone unnoticed, and her positive impact on the entire team is evident. She has not only served as a reliable source of support for her colleagues but has also contributed significantly to the overall success of our technology-driven initiatives. In her role as Systems Support Coordinator, Mariah has managed the RedPeak Ticketing System, closing out over 1,000 support requests this year alone (and this doesn’t count the number of Teams messages she receives “on the side”)! Additionally, she has introduced and run bi-monthly Tech Talks to provide a space for two-way discussion and Q&A around tech initiatives and process changes. She has played an integral role in many of RedPeak’s innovative initiatives including, but not limited to: the creation and management of SOPs, roll out of new Fraud Prevention process and policies, set-up and launch of Peak Learning (Yardi Aspire), numerous automation initiatives and management of all user access to systems.

And she does all of this with a positive and supportive attitude. Mariah embodies every single one of RedPeak core values through her daily interactions and support.
