Jenn Moilanen Promoted to HR Generalist

RedPeak is thrilled to announce that Jennifer Moilanen joined the Human Resources Team as the HR Generalist

Jenn started her journey with RedPeak in 2007 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.  After years of being in that role, in 2021 she joined the Construction Department as the Project Coordinator where her organizational skills and attention to detail elevated the entire Department so naturally, when the HR Generalist role opened, we knew there was no one better to support our growing company than Jenn! Throughout her years at RedPeak, she has performed and managed many HR functions and now brings that wealth of knowledge to the HR Team. Her strengths of being detailed and process oriented, people-focused and maintain a positive attitude, while being an overall team player, help make HR and RedPeak better.  As the HR Generalist, Jenn manages hiring of new team members, worker compensation, unemployment, and HR processes.
