Faith Aids is Promoted to Chief Operating Officer at RedPeak

Denver, CO – [October 16, 2024] – RedPeak is pleased to announce the promotion of Faith Aids to Chief Operating Officer. This strategic advancement underscores Faith’s exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to operational excellence and innovation within the organization. She has served as the Chief Innovation Officer since 2022.

In her new role as COO, Faith will oversee the company’s business Operations and Innovation teams, which include leasing, marketing, customer success and support, as well as day-to-day operational delivery. She will report directly to RedPeak’s CEO and Co-Founder, Mark Windhager.

“Faith brings decades of leadership experience in multifamily operations, fostering inclusive cultures and creating environments where employees can grow and thrive,” said Windhager. “As Chief Innovation Officer, she successfully led our change management initiatives and managed the Marketing, Innovation, Learning & Development, and Systems teams. Her commitment to continuous innovation positions RedPeak as a leader in adapting to today’s fast-paced market demands. By merging two distinct business units, she will enhance collaboration and operational efficiency across the organization.”

Known for her empathetic, people-centric leadership style, Faith possesses a deep understanding of customer behaviors and preferences, coupled with a tenacious dedication to building high-performing teams.

“During her tenure as CIO, Faith has been instrumental in the success of our innovation initiatives,” added Windhager. “Her intimate knowledge of our business and culture will ensure a seamless transition into this expanded role.”

Prior to her current position, Faith built a successful career in marketing leadership within high-growth multifamily organizations, including Laramar Group and Carmel Partners. From 2013 to 2018, she served as RedPeak’s Marketing Director, where her technology-driven marketing strategies and brand development initiatives earned significant recognition within the industry. Faith is also an Advisory Board Member for the Apartment Innovation and Marketing Conference, a member of the Multifamily Innovation Council, and she frequently shares her insights at prominent industry events across the country.

A passionate advocate for public service and the outdoors, Faith has participated in the Greenway Foundation’s Riverfest Committee and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.

Faith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
