Dayton Station and Platt Park Townhomes Partner with ADT

Two RedPeak communities install ADT, the leader in smart home technology. With the new ADT implementation residents will have mobile access to everything– locks, lights, thermostat, and security system. Additionally they will have remote control of their home’s temperature, smart lighting and garage door – directly from the ADT app. Through mobile alerts residents will receive status updates of active visitors via their video doorbell, allowing them to talk directly with visitors. Residents can also unlock their front door or give direct apartment access to guests by providing them with a unique code. The ADT app provides automation to several smart home features, letting residents create personalized light and thermostat schedules. 

Both Dayton Station and Platt Park have installed the ADT panel/hub, smart lock, smart thermostat, video doorbell, and smart garage opener. Additionally, Platt Park Townhomes have installed ADT’s smart light switches. The new adoption of ADT’s smart home technology supports RedPeak’s mission to “Energize Communities. Bring People Together.” giving residents technology that provides innovative safety and security.
