Chelsea Fredell Named AAMD's Person of the Month

We are thrilled to announce that our very own Chelsea Fredell has been selected as AAMD’s Person of the Month for September! 

Chelsea, a highly valued member of our team, serves as RedPeak’s Senior Project Manager. Her expertise and dedication are instrumental in ensuring that every capital project and new development runs smoothly from conception to completion. Before joining our team, Chelsea project managed on the general contracting side, working in the field to oversee the construction and completion of multifamily projects ranging from 40 units to over 300 units. Her extensive construction management experience in larger markets like Los Angeles gives Chelsea an upper-hand at RedPeak, offering strategy and insight to every project, and ensuring efficient execution every step of the way.   

Chelsea believes in RedPeak’s mission “Energize Communities. Bring People Together.” and sees it put into action at RedPeak’s unique leasing center hubs across Denver. From strategic cross-promotion to community events, Chelsea noted that RedPeak is always focused on the connection of people. It’s no surprise that she has received RedPeak’s Financial Impact Award for her exceptional contributions in her role.  

Outside of her demanding role, Chelsea is a passionate advocate for community engagement and personal growth. She actively volunteers her time to support AAMD (Apartment Association of Metro Denver) initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in our industry. When she’s not hard at work or giving back to the community at charities such as Best Friends Animal Society or The Colorado Trail Foundation, Chelsea can be found enjoying quality time with her beloved canine companion, Piper, or in the kitchen expression her true passion for baking.  

Chelsea embodies the qualities that make her an exceptional individual and an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication, expertise, compassion, and positive attitude are truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud to have her as a part of our RedPeak family.
