Mariah Cue

Mariah Cue is the Pricing & Systems Manager at RedPeak, where she has made a meaningful impact over the past seven years through her leadership, operational expertise, and deep commitment to organizational efficiency and innovation. Mariah began her career with RedPeak in 2019 as an on-site Leasing Agent, quickly advancing through roles of increasing responsibility including Community Manager. In 2022, she transitioned to RedPeak’s Home Office as a Systems Support Specialist, where she became a key contributor to company-wide technology initiatives and process improvements. In that role, Mariah managed the RedPeak ticketing system, resolved more than 1,000 support requests, and led bi-monthly Tech Talks to foster collaborative learning and system adoption across the organization. She also played an integral role in launching new tools and policies such as Peak Learning (Yardi Aspire), fraud prevention processes, standard operating procedures, automation efforts, and user access management. In 2025, Mariah took on her current leadership role, where she oversees pricing strategy and systems implementation to support RedPeak’s operational and financial goals. Her journey from on-site operations to corporate leadership reflects a unique blend of hands-on multifamily experience and technical acumen, enabling her to bridge cross-functional teams and drive results that elevate both employee and resident experiences. Mariah’s work has been recognized internally with RedPeak’s Impact Awards and recently, a Summit Award as the 2025 Home Office Hero for her exceptional support and influence across the organization.
