Lori Snider

"Almost a native," Lori Snider has been in Colorado for nearly 35 years and the residential multifamily industry for the same amount of time. After driving across the country as a newlywed to start a new chapter in the Centennial State, Lori found her passion in multifamily upon landing a job as a leasing agent for Lincoln Property Company. In her career, Lori has leased apartments, worked as a Training and Marketing Director, launched a rental publication and co-founded a boutique marketing and design firm. She is nationally recognized as an educator, platform speaker, and experience management consultant from the 13 years she spent running her own company. Being a road warrior and away from Colorado got a bit old, and the opportunity to join RedPeak proved irresistible, and a perfect fit, as she has collaborated with the company in a consultative capacity since its inception. Lori loves that the culture at RedPeak is real and authentic, something she feels many companies give lip service to, but have trouble authentically delivering in consistent fashion. In her spare time, Lori serves on the National Apartment Association Education Advisory Committee, is AAMD Hall of Fame Chair, volunteers for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) and is a proud college football mom. Lori was inducted into the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Hall of Fame in 2021 and serves as an Advisory Board Member for Entryway Denver.
