She joined RedPeak in 2018 as a leasing professional and quickly demonstrated strengths in resident relations, sales, and on-site operations, leading to progressive advancement through management roles. Kailey has built a strong career rooted in hands-on operational expertise and leadership growth. Throughout her career, she has worked across a diverse portfolio that includes garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities. Now serving as a Regional Manager, Kailey focuses on increasing revenue, developing and mentoring future leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance company initiatives. Known for her results-driven approach and deep industry knowledge, Kailey brings a practical, people-focused leadership style to her portfolio.
