Kailey Hassan-Wolff serves as a Director of Portfolio and Centralization at RedPeak, where she leads the performance and strategic direction of an assigned portfolio while helping design and implement the company's centralized operations. She partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to turn organizational priorities into consistent property-level execution. She also leads efforts to standardize, streamline, and scale how RedPeak operates. Kailey joined RedPeak in 2018 as a leasing professional. Her strengths in resident relations, sales, and on-site operations led to steady advancement through management roles, including Regional Manager, across garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities.
