Daniel Peterson
Daniel Peterson has made a significant impact in the multifamily industry over the past 10+ years. He began his career with a small property management company in Capitol Hill, where he performed every maintenance role—from cleaning apartments and painting vacant units to completing service requests. This hands-on experience gave him a strong understanding of and appreciation for all aspects of multifamily maintenance. After joining RedPeak in 2018, Daniel quickly advanced from maintenance technician to floating service supervisor, eventually transitioning into the Facilities Department. In this role, he has made his greatest impact by managing building systems companywide and developing more efficient processes for maintenance teams. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail make him highly effective in his current role as Manager of Maintenance Systems and Processes.

I was raised in a very creative household and have always loved to build things with my hands. This includes wood shop projects, home renovations, and Lego sets.
