Cody Conklin
Cody Conklin is the Manager of Talent and Culture, bringing experience across learning and development, operations, and people-centered roles within construction, multifamily housing, and retail environments. His work is grounded in a strong understanding of how people, processes, and performance intersect, and he is passionate about creating learning experiences that improve workflows, elevate performance, and enhance the employee experience.
In his role, Cody designs and delivers practical, scalable learning solutions aligned with business needs. His experience includes building comprehensive onboarding programs, implementing learning management systems, rolling out performance management tools, and developing leadership programs that support both individual growth and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining RedPeak, Cody served as the Learning and Development Manager for Oakwood Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, where he led learning initiatives supporting teams across sales, construction, and corporate functions. He also held a Learning and Development role with Laramar Group, where he focused on onboarding, sales and customer service training, talent development, and career pathing initiatives that supported employee growth and operational success. Together, these experiences provided him with a strong foundation in both residential real estate and multifamily housing and continue to shape his practical, business-focused approach to talent development.
Earlier in his career, Cody built a foundation in business operations and retail, which continues to inform his pragmatic, operations-focused approach to learning and development.
