Asra began her human resources career as a Generalist and has grown into more strategic roles over time, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the full employee lifecycle. She’s had the opportunity to work across different industries, supporting diverse teams, and adapting HR strategies to meet unique business needs.
Throughout her career, she has experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations, where she partnered closely with leadership to drive initiatives in workforce planning, organizational development, and culture building. Asra is passionate about using HR as a strategic function, leveraging data-driven insights, improving processes, and creating scalable solutions that support long-term business goals.
