Regional Service Manager

Andy Frick

Andy moved to Denver in 2013, and worked as a sous chef in a few downtown restaurants. After ten years in the food and beverage industry, he pivoted into multi-family housing, joining RedPeak as a Maintenance Technician at a large high-rise community in Cherry Creek. He was promoted to Assistant Service Supervisor and later to Service Supervisor at a multi-site property, where he successfully oversaw 16 buildings and led a six-person service team. Andy was recently promoted to Regional Service Manager and now manages facilities operations for half of RedPeak’s portfolio. He takes pride in being part of a company that prioritizes exceptional resident experiences while empowering and supporting on-site teams. Outside of work, Andy enjoys skiing in the winter, hiking and fly fishing in the summer, and traveling whenever possible. He lives in Northglenn with his partner and Lucy, the corgi.
