Amber Hildebrand brings more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, with experience in commercial retail, conventional multifamily, affordable housing, and student housing portfolios. Throughout her career, Amber has built a reputation for creating operational efficiencies and fostering strong client and team relationships. During her time at Cardinal Group, she led the Accounting Transitions Department, overseeing the accounting aspects of management transitions, acquisitions, and dispositions. In this role, she successfully managed transition processes while developing trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders across diverse portfolios. At Paul's Corp, Amber led the Property Accounting Department, overseeing both REIT and private equity portfolios. She was instrumental in developing and implementing systems, processes, and best practices that improved operational effectiveness, enhanced financial reporting accuracy, and streamlined accounting workflows. Passionate about collaboration, Amber is committed to building strong cross-functional relationships and serving as a strategic partner to operations teams. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring new restaurants, supporting local small businesses, and traveling to experience new cultures and destinations.
