Our Policies

At RedPeak, we’re not just pet friendly, we’re pet obsessed. And our residents are too. From cat moms to dog dads, residents choose RedPeak because we energize our communities for your four-legged friends as much as we do for you. Learn more about our pet perks and policies, then find the perfect Denver community for you and your favorite roommate.

This information applies to all RedPeak communities. There is no weight limit on pets.

Perks for Pets

For your convenience, we offer dog washing stations at 1000 Grant The Burnsley, 7/S Denver Haus, 515 Clarkson, and 1044 Downing. The Allyson Townhomes, Platt Park Townhomes, Cottonwood Creek and 880 & 890 Dexter have onsite pet parks to let your pups play and thrive. And every RedPeak community offers a walkable neighborhood to keep tails wagging all day long.

Restricted Breeds

Rottweiler, Pit-bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf-Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, and any mix of these breeds.

Pet Fees

A one-time, refundable $300 pet deposit secures their spot, with a low monthly pet fee of $35.

Types of Animals

We allow birds, fish, dogs, and cats. We do not allow reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.

Vaccinations

Pet owners must provide a certificate of vaccination at the time of lease and renewal for all pets listed on the addendum.
