RedPeak's 2025 Summer Picnic at the Denver Zoo
This past week, the RedPeak team traded laptops for lemurs and email notifications for scavenger hunts as we gathered at the Denver Zoo for our annual summer picnic! Team members from across the protfolio and across Denver came together with family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled day.
Brunch, Words of Wisdom & Wild Company
We kicked things off with a delicious brunch buffet, giving everyone a chance to reconnect (or meet for the first time!). Our CEO, Mark Windhager, and COO, Faith Aids, took a few moments to share reflections on the year so far and express their gratitude for the work, energy, and heart that each team member brings to RedPeak every day. Their words were a perfect reminder of why we gather—to celebrate the people behind our progress.
Let the Scavenger Hunt Begin!
After brunch, the energy kicked up a notch with a zoo-wide scavenger hunt. Teams competed to solve clues, snap creative photos, and track down some of the zoo’s most elusive residents. There were prizes, of course—but more importantly, plenty of laughs and friendly competition. It’s not every day you see coworkers sprinting past flamingos or puzzling over penguin facts!
Why We Gather
At RedPeak, we believe in our core values to Keep Work Fun and to Invest in Each Other. Events like this are more than just a nice break—they’re a chance to connect across teams, build memories, and celebrate what makes RedPeak a truly special place to work. Whether you’ve been with the company for a decade or just a few weeks, this annual summer tradition is a reminder that we’re all part of something bigger than just the job.
Thank you to the Denver Zoo for having us! Here’s to another successful summer picnic- and to many more to come!
