The Scot’s Bold New Chapter
Prior to RedPeak's acquisition in 2019, this 51-unit community, located in the Speer submarket, was underperforming. Through a comprehensive renovation, RedPeak breathed new life into The Scot, featuring modern finishes like white quartz countertops, gooseneck faucets, and designer tile backsplashes.

Creating an outstanding community
Beyond the unit upgrades, The Scot underwent significant community enhancements. The existing pool was replaced with a new outdoor patio area, and two additional units were thoughtfully incorporated on the main level. Residents now enjoy a community room, fitness center, meeting space, along with convenient amenities like resident storage, bike storage, and a dog wash. This meticulous transformation not only elevated the property's aesthetic, but also significantly increased its market value and the overall quality of life for its residents, demonstrating RedPeak's commitment to enhancing and energizing the Denver community through thoughtful redevelopment.
