Power in Every Post- The Movement Behind RedPeak's First #SheLeads
This year, in celebration of International Women’s Day in March, we had the absolute honor of launching the very first #SheLeads campaign at RedPeak—an inspiring, month-long celebration of the phenomenal women who make our company thrive. What began as a tribute throughout March quickly blossomed into something much bigger, as the outpouring of stories, wisdom, and support from across our organization led us to extend the campaign well into April.
At its core, #SheLeads was about amplifying voices—specifically, the voices of the incredible women within our company. These are the women whose strength, resilience, innovation, and passion shape our culture every day. Throughout the campaign, we invited them to share personal insights, professional advice, and lived experiences with one another. What emerged was a vibrant tapestry of leadership and authenticity.
From tips on navigating career challenges, to reflections on growth and perseverance, to words of encouragement for the next generation of leaders—our RedPeak community showed up in full force. The advice shared was real, vulnerable, and powerful, and it resonated far beyond our own walls. Shared across our social media channels, the stories sparked meaningful conversations across the multifamily industry and beyond, garnering praise, engagement, and inspiration. We were so moved by the sheer volume of participation and loved spotlighting the voices that make our company extraordinary.
The truth is, we couldn’t do what we do without the women of RedPeak. Each one brings a unique set of skills, perspectives, and experiences that drive our success and elevate our culture. This campaign was a reminder of just how fortunate we are to work alongside such extraordinary talent.
To every woman who contributed her voice, her wisdom, and her heart to #SheLeads: thank you. You’ve inspired not only your peers but a wider community of professionals who see your leadership and feel empowered to step forward themselves.
Here’s to continuing the celebration of women—not just in March or April, but every day. Because empowered women, empower women!
