Washington Park

This neighborhood is largely residential and is located between Washing Park and Colorado Boulevard. It is home to local areas like Bonnie Brae, Belcaro and Cory-Merill. You can walk or bike to the Cherry Creek Mall, Washington Park and the University of Denver campus. All of these areas provide entertaining options for restaurants, bars and shopping close to Washington Park. The homes in Washington Park and traditional and expansive, often with large patios overlooking the park and its lush landscaping. The south end of the neighborhood leads up to Interstate 25 with direct connection to downtown or the Denver Tech Center.
