An Integral Part of our Operations
Energize Denver Info 2025
Energize Denver is a citywide initiative aimed at significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions from commercial and multifamily buildings, targeting an 80% reduction by 2040. This program not only seeks to lower energy consumption but also aims to enhance indoor air quality and reduce energy costs for building owners and tenants.
At RedPeak, sustainability is integral to our operations, aligning seamlessly with Energize Denver's objectives. We have proactively adopted several key initiatives in support of this mission:
We consistently monitor and report the energy performance of our properties to identify opportunities for improvement.
Transitioning to energy-efficient LED lighting systems has been a priority, reducing energy consumption and enhancing the ambiance of our communities.
We are exploring the incorporation of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, to further decrease our carbon footprint.
By adhering to Denver’s building performance policies, we ensure our properties meet or exceed the prescribed energy efficiency requirements.
We actively involve our residents in sustainability efforts, promoting energy-saving practices and providing resources to support eco-friendly living.
These initiatives reflect RedPeak's commitment to creating environmentally responsible communities that contribute to a sustainable future.

Did you know more than 47 million Americans face hunger every day including 1 in 5 children? That is why RedPeak has partnered with Move for Hunger in their mission to fight hunger. Move for Hunger is a national non-profit organization that helps fight hunger by feeding those in need in our Denver community and nationwide. Within the last few years, they have partnered with the multifamily industry to collect unwanted canned goods and unopened, non-perishable food items that residents would otherwise throw away during the move-out process. This simple yet powerful initiative aligns perfectly with our commitment to giving back to our community.
RedPeak values partnerships that not only elevate our industry but also make a meaningful impact on our communities. Entryway is a national nonprofit organization that transitions individuals and families from homelessness to economic self-sufficiency through career training, employment, and housing opportunities in collaboration with the multifamily industry. At RedPeak, we are proud to be among over 90 apartment companies currently partnering with Entryway to fill our entry-level community positions.
Savio House is a non-profit child wellness organization dedicated to keeping children with their families through in-home mental, behavioral, and family support to youth and families facing trauma, neglect, or youth delinquency. During the holiday season, RedPeak is proud to support Savio House through its Adopt‑a‑Family program- an initiative that connects donors with Savio families, often low-income or overcoming crises. We are honored to partner with Savio House, enhancing their mission of resilient communities, stronger families, and brighter futures—one holiday gift at a time.
