RedPeak Announces the Promotion of Ali Cole to Vice President, Financial Management

RedPeak is proud to announce the promotion of Ali Ramey Cole to Vice President, Financial Management. This milestone reflects Ali’s exceptional leadership, deep industry expertise, and meaningful contributions to the organization since joining the firm in early 2025.

A Colorado native, Ali brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate accounting and financial operations. She earned her degree in Accounting from CSU Global and began her career with Monarch Investment & Management Group, where she led key system implementations, including Yardi Payscan and CheckScan, to enhance automated control processes. She also developed comprehensive accounting training programs and supported investor relations efforts.

Ali later joined The Laramar Group, where she held multiple leadership roles across property accounting, construction accounting, and accounts payable. During her tenure, she strengthened operational consistency, improved financial processes, and fostered a culture of transparency and collaboration. In 2023, she successfully guided her team through a complex organizational restructuring while maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.

Since joining RedPeak as Controller, Ali has played a pivotal role in strengthening the connection between accounting and operations while driving meaningful operational improvements. She revamped the company’s budgeting process to better leverage internal tools, creating greater consistency and efficiency for operators. She also streamlined accounting workflows by consolidating invoice processing, vendor compliance, and payment platforms into a single, more efficient system. In addition, Ali identified key efficiencies within the monthly close process, reducing close time by five days, and implemented monthly financial review calls to enhance communication between Accounting and Operations, further strengthening cross-functional alignment across the organization.

In her new role as Vice President, Financial Management, Ali will continue to lead with a focus on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable financial infrastructure. “Ali’s leadership, expertise, and ability to build strong relationships across teams have made a lasting impact on our organization,” said Josh Foley, Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to see her continue to grow in this expanded role.”

Ali’s promotion also marks an important milestone for RedPeak, completing the strategic positioning of the company’s executive team. The leadership team now consists of Faith Aids as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Craig Kalman as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Ali Ramey Cole as Vice President of Financial Management, and Josh Foley as Chief Executive Officer. With this team in place, RedPeak is well-positioned for continued growth and success in the years ahead.
