Celebrating Our Everyday Heroes: RedPeak Service Team Appreciation Week 2025

At RedPeak, Service Team Appreciation Week (STAW) is more than just a tradition—it’s a heartfelt celebration of the incredible team members who keep our communities looking their best and running smoothly every single day. Each year, we dedicate this special week to recognizing the hard work, dedication, and behind-the-scenes excellence of our vital service team members and Maintenance Technicians, Service Supervisors, Housekeepers, and Groundskeepers. These individuals are the backbone of our communities, working tirelessly to ensure everything is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.

Throughout STAW, our service team members were showered with appreciation from their peers—whether it was thoughtful notes, tasty treats, small tokens of gratitude, or simply taking a moment to say “thank you.” And to cap off the week? We turned up the fun with an afternoon away from the sites to unwind, laugh, and connect over some friendly competition at The Sporty Pickle Ball.

There’s no doubt about it—our service team members are true rockstars. Their efforts don’t go unnoticed, and while STAW is our dedicated time to highlight them, we’re proud to say that their contributions are celebrated every day across our organization.
