Celebrating Greatness- 2025 Summit Award Winners
At RedPeak, we believe in celebrating the people who truly Own It—not just in the moment, but all year long. In 2024, we proudly launched the RedPeak Summit Awards, a reimagined recognition program that builds on the strong foundation of our historic Impact Awards. Thoughtfully designed to align with our strategic priorities, the Summit Awards elevate meaningful recognition by honoring team members who consistently go above and beyond to live our mission to Energize Communities and Bring People Together.
Grounded in peer nominations, supported by performance metrics, and finalized through Portfolio Director selections, the RedPeak Summit Awards reflect both heart and results. The overwhelming response and volume of nominations filled us with pride and highlighted the extraordinary talent and dedication across our organization. We were thrilled to announce and celebrate our 2025 RedPeak Summit Award winners in unforgettable fashion at our annual New Year Kick-Off party on January 9th, setting the tone for an inspiring year ahead.
1. Rookie of the Year
The Rookie of the Year Award celebrates RedPeak’s newest standouts – those who, within their first year, have showcased exceptional initiative and creativity, making a significant and impactful contribution to the company. This peer-nominated award recognizes individuals for bringing fresh energy, quick adaptation, and dedication to shaping RedPeak’s future. This award shines a light on the rising star who exemplifies our culture and leaves an undeniable mark in their first 12 months. It is with great honor to recognize Logan Lovingier as this year’s Rookie of the Year.
Logan Lovingier, Maintenance Technician I- From his nomination: “Within his 5th or 6th month with us, he acquired almost every certification offered. CPO, asbestos, he even got his universal EPA certification in September. In his 7 months with us, he has completed almost 600 work orders which is easily over a hundred a month, on top of 20+ turns. He constantly takes on new tasks to better himself and learn everything he can about the industry. His steadfast work ethic, unwavering diligence, and his willingness to take on any task, sets him apart from any tech I’ve worked with.”

2. Housekeeper of the Year
The Housekeeper of the Year Summit Award honors a team member who consistently delivers exceptional-quality work, exceeding standard expectations and going the extra mile in every task. This individual takes initiative to identify and resolve issues before they escalate, always coming forward with solutions. They lead by example by mentoring new team members, sharing expertise and best practices, and fostering a supportive, team-focused environment that celebrates others. Embracing new processes and championing change, they play a key role in elevating standards while creating a warm, welcoming experience for all current and prospective residents—an impact reflected in positive reviews, surveys, emails, and verbal feedback. It is with great honor we recognize Angelica Barron as the 2025 Housekeeper of the Year.
Angelica Barron, Housekeeper, Steele Central Team- From her nomination: “Throughout her time with RedPeak, (over 10 years) she has consistently demonstrated professionalism and commitment to maintaining our communities and creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents to call home. Our resident satisfaction has noticeably increased due to her efforts and personalized touch she provides. We have received numerous new 5 star google reviews this year for our communities, including several that recognized Angelica specifically for her efforts.”
3. Community Team Member of the Year
The Community Team Member of the Year Award, nominated by managers and supervisors, celebrates an exceptional leader who cultivates a warm and welcoming environment for both prospective and current residents. This individual consistently goes above and beyond for their team, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Their dedication is often reflected in resident reviews and feedback. A true champion for change, they enthusiastically embrace new systems and readily share their expertise and best practices, driving team success. This respected and shining star is a go-to resource for their colleagues, embodying the qualities of an outstanding community leader. We are proud to award Roselle Manilay the Community Team Member of the Year Award.
Eric Williams, Leasing Professional, DTC Central Team– From his nomination: “In one of the most challenging climates for apartment leasing in Colorado, and despite losing school traffic from Cherry Creek this year, he still managed to secure 219 net leases year-to-date, the highest for any HUB or individual property this entire year. On top of these record-breaking leasing velocity numbers, he stands out as the most personable leasing professional I have ever met in my career. He knows residents by name, unit, pet’s name, cars, and countless other details that make every interaction feel personal and meaningful. Eric’s Impact goes far beyond leasing. “

4. Service Team Member of the Year
The Service Team Member of the Year Award recognizes an exceptional service team member who embodies the spirit of teamwork and dedication. This Manager and Supervisor-nominated award acknowledges that this individual maintains open communication, providing valuable feedback that drives the company forward. They consistently exceed expectations with high-quality work, going the extra mile and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to embrace additional responsibilities. Proactively identifying and resolving issues, they take initiative and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. A true mentor, they support their colleagues and foster a positive team environment by recognizing and celebrating achievements. This award honors a teammate whose contributions elevate the entire team. We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Service Team Member of the Year award resulted in an overwhelming tie, recognizing two truly outstanding team members. Congratulations to Alex Aldaco for being recognized at the 2025 Service Team Member of the Year.
Alex Aldaco, Maintenance Technician III, Grant Central Team– From his nomination: “He has helped the hub go from work order times in the teens down to below 5 and helped us close out renewals in Q4 at over 80%. He has also shown such love to our residents that he has produced multiple 5-star reviews, even with the residents that have had long-standing work orders. In the three buildings he oversees, he has restored faith in the service team. Alex has become our secret weapon.”

5. Service Supervisor of the Year Award
The Service Supervisor of the Year Award celebrates an exceptional leader within our portfolio, nominated by Portfolio Directors, who excels in expense management, team development, and quality and delivery. This individual consistently operates within budget, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. They are a champion for their team, fostering growth through effective training programs, regular feedback, and mentorship, encouraging career advancement and a positive work environment. This award recognizes the Service Supervisor who not only possesses strong technical skills but also demonstrates outstanding leadership, positively impacting their team and the overall success of their portfolio. We are thrilled to announce Nathan Lopez as the 2025 Service Supervisor of the Year.
Nathan Lopez, Service Supervisor, Elowyn Townhomes– From his nomination: “He has achieved an average turn time of 6 days and a staggering work order completion average of 1.2 days. Even more impressive is that he was able to maintain these numbers when we had a maintenance team member transition to another property. His positive attitude, willingness to adapt, and determination to maintain his team’s success proved that Nathan and his team could rise to the challenge and continue to outperform the RedPeak standards.”
6. Resident Champion of the Year
The Resident Service Award celebrates the individual who truly embodies RedPeak’s mission to Energize Communities and Bring People Together. This prestigious peer-nominated award recognizes someone whose actions create a ripple effect of positive impact, touching the lives of residents, suppliers, and fellow team members alike. They make every interaction easy and enjoyable, consistently going above and beyond to serve others with a smile. This is more than just service; it’s a passion, a dedication to fostering community and strengthening our culture. This individual personifies service with heart, leaving a lasting impression on everyone they encounter. We are proud to announce Natalie Cairo as the 2025 Resident Champion of the Year.
Natalie Cairo, Multi-site Community Manager- From her nomination: “What stands out most about her is her presence. Whenever you step into her office or see her around the community, she greets everyone with a glowing smile and a warmth that makes people feel valued. She is a bright light, and that radiance clearly shines through her team. They described their group as “one big happy family”, crediting her leadership and her creating a place that feels like home. Natalie’s ability to earn genuine buy-in from her team is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves- strong occupancy, happy residents, and a team that loves working together.”

7. Home Office Hero
The Home Office Hero Award is peer-nominated, recognizing individuals who go above and beyond to drive success across our organization. These exceptional team members actively contribute to the development of new programs and processes that enhance operational efficiency and drive company growth. They consistently deliver measurable results, while generously sharing their knowledge and expertise with colleagues. They act as a mentor to their peers, sharing knowledge and resources to help others develop their skills and succeed in their roles. We are thrilled to announce Mariah Cue as the 2025 Home Office Hero.
Mariah Cue, Systems & Pricing Manager- From her nomination: “In her career, she has proven to be an essential force behind RedPeak’s success and a true embodiment of our core value to “Go Forward.” Simply put, every team and community would not be where they are today without Mariah’s relentless dedication. She wears many hats- she ensures systems run smoothly, pricing remains competitive, and that this year’s income portion of budgets remained accurate, all while handling unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency. RedPeak is beyond fortunate to have her, and I truly believe Mariah is the most deserving recipient of the Home Office Hero Award for 2025.”

8. Community Manager of the Year
The Community Manager of the Year Award shines a spotlight on an extraordinary leader, nominated by Portfolio Directors, who embodies excellence across crucial areas: audit performance, strategic execution, team empowerment, resident satisfaction, online reputation, and community connection. This individual doesn’t just meet expectations—they exceed them, consistently achieving top-tier audit scores and surpassing business plan objectives. A dynamic force for positive change, they inspire their team, acting as a mentor and cultivating a thriving environment where learning and achievement are celebrated. With a laser focus on resident experience, they consistently garner stellar reviews (4.0 stars and above!), fostering a strong sense of community. This award honors the Community Manager who masterfully balances operational excellence with genuine care for their team and residents, creating a community where everyone thrives. It is with great honor that RedPeak recognizes Brianna Ragains as the 2025 Community Manager of the Year.
Bri Ragains, Multi-Site Community Manager, Steele Central Team– From her nomination: “She aggressively executes and exceeds business plan objectives, swiftly pivoting strategies to capitalize on shifting market conditions. Her leadership propelled her team to win RedPeak’s coveted Warrior of the Year Award for outstanding financial, reputation, and retention performance. She champions talent development by actively mentoring individuals on not just her own team but across all portfolios. Bri does not merely meet goals, she redefines them. For her relentless execution, innovative nature, and award-winning results, Bri Ragains unequivocally deserves Community Manager of the Year.”

8. Community of the Year
The Community of the Year Award recognizes an exceptional team that sets the standard for excellence in key areas: operational performance (audits), strategic goal achievement, collaborative teamwork, resident satisfaction, online reputation, and community engagement. This high-performing team consistently surpasses expectations, achieving top-tier audit results and exceeding business plan objectives. A driving force for positive change, they inspire and support one another, cultivating a thriving environment where growth and success are celebrated. Dedicated to resident experience, they consistently earn outstanding reviews (4.0 stars and above!), fostering a strong and connected community. This award honors the Community team that masterfully blends operational proficiency with genuine care for their residents, creating a place where everyone feels at home.
