Office Appreciation Week- An Annual RedPeak Tradition
Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating a special annual tradition, Office Appreciation Week! This three-day event is dedicated to recognizing and thanking our exceptional onsite office team members, including our leasing professionals, operations and assistant managers, and resident service coordinators.
These individuals play an essential role in the success of our communities. They are the friendly faces our residents see every day, the problem-solvers who keep our properties running smoothly, and the caring professionals who ensure that every resident truly feels at home. Their commitment, professionalism, and service excellence make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents and in the overall success of RedPeak.
Throughout the week, our teams were celebrated with thoughtful gift baskets filled with their favorite items, special lunches, and hand-signed appreciation cards from the entire home office—along with plenty of heartfelt thanks. The festivities concluded on Friday with a Halloween-themed team brunch and succulent-making activity, adding a fun and festive twist to the occasion. Our home office team members joined in the celebration by flipping pancakes, scrambling eggs, and assisting with the hand-painting and potting of succulents. The morning was filled with laughter, creativity, and camaraderie as prizes were raffled off and sweet treats were enjoyed by all. To top it all off, the team wrapped up the week with a well-deserved afternoon off to relax and recharge.
Office Appreciation Week is more than a celebration, it’s a heartfelt reminder of how much our office teams contribute each day. We are deeply grateful for their dedication, their commitment to excellence, and the positive experiences they create for our residents and communities.
We extend our sincere thanks to each and every member of our onsite office teams for their hard work on the frontlines everyday. We truly enjoyed celebrating you and appreciate all that you do, every single day.
