Celebrating Our Everyday Heroes: Service Team Appreciation Week at RedPeak

At RedPeak, we know that exceptional communities don’t happen by accident. Behind every well-maintained Denver apartment home, every beautifully kept common area, and every positive resident experience is a dedicated service team member working hard each day to make it happen.

Last week, we proudly celebrated our annual Service Team Appreciation Week (STAW), a special tradition dedicated to recognizing the maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers who help make RedPeak apartments some of the most welcoming and well-maintained communities in Colorado.

As a company committed to creating exceptional experiences for both residents and team members, we believe our people are the reason RedPeak continues to be recognized among the best places to work in Denver and a trusted provider of apartments in Denver and the surrounding metro area.

The week began on Wednesday with a special surprise from our on-site managers. Community Managers welcomed their service team members with breakfast and personalized baskets filled with some of their favorite things. It was a meaningful way to thank them for their hard work, dedication, and the pride they bring to their roles every day.

On Thursday, service team members from across the company came together at Bierstadt Lagerhaus for an afternoon of connection, appreciation, and friendly competition. The event featured lunch, life-sized lawn games, and an opportunity for team members from different communities to spend time together and celebrate their accomplishments.

One of the highlights of the day was the inaugural RedPeak Family Feud competition, sponsored by HD Supply. Teams battled it out in a RedPeak-themed version of the classic game show, bringing plenty of laughter, energy, and excitement to the event. To make the experience even more memorable, one of our team members stepped into the role of Steve Harvey, helping bring the game to life for everyone in attendance.

After a spirited competition, Danny Montesino, Regional Service Manager, and his team claimed victory, earning the grand prize and becoming the first recipients of the RedPeak Property Protector Award. This new traveling trophy will be passed from team to team each year, creating a fun tradition that celebrates excellence, teamwork, and a little friendly rivalry.

The celebration continued on Friday as community managers treated their service team members to lunch before sending them home early to enjoy a well-deserved afternoon off.

While Service Team Appreciation Week gives us a dedicated opportunity to celebrate these incredible individuals, our gratitude extends far beyond a single week. Every day, these team members help create some of the best places to live in Denver by ensuring our communities remain safe, beautiful, and welcoming for residents. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to service help set RedPeak apart. Whether they’re preparing apartment homes for new residents, completing service requests, maintaining community amenities, or responding to unexpected challenges, they consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences. Our service teams are often the first to respond when residents need assistance and the last to leave after ensuring a job is done right. Their efforts play a major role in creating communities that residents are proud to call home.
