Lindsey Roush

Lindsey Roush is the Director of Asset Management and is responsible for maximization of value and returns on RedPeak’s existing assets. She identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and analyzes market trends and internal data to inform decision making. Lindsey joined RedPeak in 2014 and has 15 years of experience in real estate. Lindsey studied at the University of Denver in the respected real estate finance program while simultaneously starting her career at a local appraisal firm. Upon graduating, she joined a publicly traded industrial REIT where she played an integral role in numerous acquisitions, dispositions, and quarterly valuations. Lindsey is a member of CREW and completed the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Leadership Program in 2016.
