Kyle Beard

Kyle is a Colorado native with over ten years of accounting experience focused in real estate, development and multifamily housing. Kyle graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver and earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Kyle started his accounting career at a regional public accounting firm and attained his CPA license while working and finishing graduate school. He has since held leadership roles at Real Estate companies in the Denver area focused on Accounting and Finance. Kyle joined RedPeak in 2023 and enjoys analyzing financials and finding operational and reporting efficiencies. When not crunching numbers Kyle enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.
