Bobby Hutchinson

As a Colorado native, Bobby Hutchinson knows what it means to be a true local. He has been in the multifamily industry in Denver for over 20 years. He joined the RedPeak team as Investment Director in 2010, was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in 2015 and then to his current position as President in 2022. During his time at RedPeak he has been instrumental in growing the RedPeak portfolio from $300M to over $1B. Bobby loves Denver and is passionate about his role in shaping RedPeak’s growing portfolio and helping our urban neighborhoods become increasingly more vibrant and active. Outside of helping to buy and build incredible buildings that people get to call home, he is involved in the professional community as an active member of the NMHC, AAMD and CAA. In addition to his work at RedPeak Bobby is an avid Broncos, Jayhawks and Nuggets fan. He enjoys fishing, skiing and spending time with his three boys who are all active basketball players.
