Mark Windhager’s more than 25 years of experience in the residential apartment industry began, quite literally, from the ground up. While attending college at Texas A&M, Mark spent summers in Houston as a framer building houses. “Yes,” he says, “it was very hot.” In his senior year, he was offered the opportunity to work for an apartment developer, and from that point on, was hooked. He started his career with Trammel Crow in Dallas, and jumped at the opportunity to run their Denver office in 1992.
Mark has worked with many industry leaders, serving as Regional Manager and Operating Partner for Trammell Crow, Operations Manager with Archstone, and Vice President and Officer for Legacy Partners before co-founding RedPeak in 2001. As President and Chief Operating Officer, he has been associated with the successful development, repositioning, and lease-up of over 11,000 units and is most proud of starting a company that now supports over 100 families.
It is, in his opinion, the people at RedPeak, their commitment to upholding the highest standards, and the fun, creative environment they’ve created that separates RedPeak from others in the space.
Since 1994, Mark has been actively involved with the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD), held several director level roles, and served as AAMD President in 2006. In 2015, Mark was inducted into the inaugural Apartment Association of Metro Denver's Hall of Fame. RedPeak is the only company to have two people inducted into this prestigious group. Currently, Mark serves a Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Apartment Association (CAA).
In Mark’s spare-time, he can be found on the sidelines of his children’s various athletic pursuits or heading to Breckenridge with his family to spend time on the slopes.
I love the four seasons and the ability to golf and ski all in the same day.

Mike Zoellner is a fourth generation Colorado native (and, he is proud to say, his children are 5th generation) who appreciates the close community spirit the people of the state exude.
Mike earned his BSBA in Finance from Creighton University, Heider School of Business, and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton’s School of Law. As he considered a career in Real Estate, he believed there would be a growing demand for a quality place to live… so it seemed like the perfect fit to invest capital and develop skills. He started his career with Lincoln Property Company in 1984, and within 3 years became the Managing Partner for the Rocky Mountain region.
In 1998. The western region of Lincoln Property split, and he became a Founding Partner of Legacy Partners.
Prior to forming Legacy, Mike oversaw the development, construction, and management of over 30 apartment projects, totaling over 7,500 units in Colorado. In 2001, he left Legacy to create RedPeak.
As CEO of RedPeak, Mike is proud to be part of a team of genuine, caring and high integrity team members that have created, in his words, “the best damn apartment organization in the state”.
Mike is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, and serves as Treasurer and member of the Managing Board for the Downtown Denver Partnership, Chairman of the Colorado Multifamily Housing Alliance, Board Member for Citywide Bank, and is on the Board of Regents at Regis Jesuit High School. Mike is also a Multi-Family Council member of the Urban Land Institute, and a past President of the Denver Country Club, Mercy Housing Colorado and the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District. In 2015, Mike was inducted into the inaugural Apartment Association of Metro Denver's Hall of Fame. RedPeak is the only company to have two people inducted into this prestigious group.
Mike and his wife Nancy love to travel, and with three grown children and grandchildren on the way, enjoy creating memorable and special family events where they can all be together.
Depending on your perspective, Denver is either the Biggest Small Town (my view) or the Smallest Big Town in the country. Plus we also have the best mountains, greatest weather, and the friendliest people anywhere.

Gary Lamborn first moved to Colorado at the age of six, then moved to Texas for a time before returning to Denver in 2001. Loving both states and considering each his home, he divides his time between Colorado and Texas, getting to experience the best of both worlds. Gary began his career in the residential industry in 1985, working in the accounts payable department for Trammell Crow. When PCs first made an appearance in the industry, Gary took the initiative to figure out how to best apply them as a company resource and created an immediate impact for the organization. This success and natural aptitude for technology led him to pursue a degree in computer science and began his path in IT.
Gary has been with RedPeak since its beginning in 2001, and now serves as IT Director. He loves that the company culture feels so much like family and that RedPeak’s focus is on owning and managing the very best communities in Denver. When he is not helping make sense of complicated technology platforms, Gary can be found cruising through the foothills with the top down, taking in the beautiful Colorado sunshine.
Gotta be RedPeak itself, it’s like working with family. That and the many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in the summer.

Olga Grossaint is the Corporate Controller at RedPeak, and has been building an impressive real estate focused career for the past 15 years - in the residential sector with Simpson Property Group and later with Resolute Investments on the Commercial side, before joining RedPeak in 2016. Olga enjoys the office distinction of having a hometown farthest from Denver…Western Siberia, to be exact. Her studies brought her to Denver, where she graduated Cum Laude from Regis University with a BS in Accounting, and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. After living in Denver for the past 23 years, she has fallen in love with the blues skies, mountain views and warm, friendly people.
If you asked Olga where her favorite spot in Colorado is, she will tell you Vail - even though she doesn’t ski. She says that there’s something about the fairytale village that exudes charm and beauty, and keeps her coming back for more.
As Metro Denver continues to develop and flourish at an alarming rate (traffic is truth) Olga believes this growth creates competition, that in turn will create better products, services and more choices for people living in the ‘Mile High’ city.
In her spare time, you might find Olga enjoying a peaceful swim at the Strawberry Hot Springs in Steamboat, practicing yoga, cooking or traveling the globe. Colorado summoned her from the industrial Omsk, Russia – far from the Ural Mountains in Siberia, and now those rich Rocky Peaks are home.
Vail - the charming, fairytale-like village has won her heart.

As the Director of Construction at RedPeak, Alan Eathorne is responsible for all new construction development and capital renovation projects. Having moved to Colorado over a decade ago, Alan gained experience as a Construction Manager for CFC Construction and Bovis Lend Lease prior to joining the RedPeak team. He is proud of every project that he has had a hand in completing, with notable undertakings such as the Intercontinental Hotel & Residences, the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences, the Viceroy Resort in Snowmass, and most recently, RedPeak’s 7|S Denver Haus.
Alan is motivated by his contribution to the cosmopolitan growth in Denver, something that will continue to spur economic and cultural development for the city. And it’s this culture that he enjoys most about working at RedPeak – a vibrant energy that’s cultivated by great people, directly paralleled with the charismatic personality of the Greater Denver community. When not enjoying all the city has to offer, you can find Alan enjoying time with his family and making his way to the mountains, one of the things he appreciates most about Denver’s close proximity to the great outdoors (and the main reason he moved here).
By far the skiing and the weather.

As a Colorado native, Bobby Hutchinson knows what it means to be a true local. He has been in the multifamily investment industry for 13 years and has contributed to the success of real estate companies Grubb & Ellis and Pinnacle Real Estate, where he was a consistent top producer. Five years ago, he joined the RedPeak team as the Investment Director and has helped to significantly reshape the RedPeak portfolio with the purchase of 17 new buildings, contributing to the company’s 23 total properties. In a short time his involvement has resulted in quadruple growth for that category and a marked urbanization for the company.
Bobby loves that Denver’s urban neighborhoods are becoming increasingly more vibrant and active as they grow, and that this growth creates new experiences and vast opportunity to connect with people. Outside of helping to buy incredible buildings that people get to call home, he is involved in the professional community as a member of the Urban Land Institute. When not basking in Denver’s urban oasis, you can find Bobby camping on Kenosha pass with his wife and three children.
Friends and family, great weather, the mountains, and the fact that this is the home of the Broncos.

If a coworker were to describe Faith Aids’ impact on RedPeak, they would likely say she is the company’s secret weapon.
Full of team spirit, insanely competitive and super talented, Faith articulates RedPeak’s special sauce through full-spectrum marketing and branding initiatives. If you ask her, she’ll say she is most proud of her contribution to RedPeak’s rebranding efforts, and is proud to work for a local Denver company that really lives their values; she believes it is the core to the company’s success.
And she ought to know. In her 10-year career, Faith has held various roles including Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, and previous to joining RedPeak in 2013, as Regional Marketing Manager for Carmel Partners. Faith knows that today’s marketing climate dictates constant innovation and is dedicated to staying ahead of trend and relevant to today’s consumer.
A Georgia native, and avid Bulldogs fan, Faith feels she has two home states. The first, she was born and raised in, the second she fell in love with the moment she arrived. From what she describes as “the beautiful quality of life” to embracing the Denver Broncos, camping in the high country and hiking near St Mary’s Glacier, Faith is one of those Colorado transplants that knows more about what to do and where to go than many natives.
She also gives back. Faith is a graduate of the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program – class of 2015, and her volunteer efforts include serving on the Greenway Foundation's Riverfest Committe, Lifeline Puppy Rescue, SheSays Denver, and Chairing RedPeak’s Sustainability Committee.
When asked why Faith loves Property Management, she says, “This is an exciting time to be in the apartment industry. Innovation is fun. Change is good. The business is evolving rapidly and that’s exciting.”
The quality of life is insanely wonderful. Work hard & play hard - It’s just a beautiful way of life.

Joanna Pulido’s energy and direction have resulted in an 18-year successfully progressive property management career.
Intrigued by a friend’s position in property management, Joanna explored, and discovered, a fun environment full of interesting people - and a perfect fit for her inventive, stylish and problem-solving nature.
From her first leasing job, Joanna has worked for an impressive list of property management companies, including Camden, AMLI and JPI before finding her home a decade ago at RedPeak. She’s worked almost every position - leasing associate, assistant manager, leasing manger and community manager, which compliments the “been there, done that, how can I help?” approach her team values and respects her for.
At RedPeak, Joanna impresses her office mates with her Salsa dancing abilities, has propelled herself down a 30 story building for the Cancer League of Colorado and is always up for a friendly office competition. The company's Knowledge Share program fuels her passion and keeps the learning opportunities coming, but if you ask her, she will tell you she is proudest of her 5 year-old son, who keeps her life fun and full.
In 2015, Joanna celebrated her 10-year anniversary with RedPeak.
In addition to a good burger at the Cherry Cricket, I enjoy our seasons and quality of life. Social and outdoor options are endless!

Joe Gonzalez has been with RedPeak for almost 10 years and has worked in the residential industry for over 26 years, mostly in a supervisory role. He thoroughly enjoys the welcoming RedPeak environment, and feeling at home among not just good colleagues, but a team that feels like family. As Portfolio Service Director, Joe’s biggest accomplishment has been his role in helping to train and support others as they reach their goals, move up through the company, and obtain the success they have worked so hard to achieve. It is his opinion that the company-wide practice of honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for each and every employee sets RedPeak apart.
No stranger to hard work, Joe completed HVACR training and diploma while working two full time positions, gaining valuable construction experience including framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance – all of which has been key in the personal and professional growth of each member of the tech team. Living up to the adage “work hard, play hard,” Joe also enjoys snowboarding at Sol Vista during his free time.
The people, the climate, the mountains, and the many opportunities at RedPeak.

“Almost a native,” Lori Snider has been in the residential multifamily industry for almost 30 years, and enjoying Colorado for the same amount of time.
After driving across the country as a newlywed to start a new chapter in the Centennial State, Lori found her passion in multifamily upon landing a job as a leasing agent for Lincoln Property Company. In her career, Lori has leased apartments, worked as a training and marketing director, launched a rental publication and co-founded a boutique marketing and design firm. Most recently, she spent 13 years running her own successful company as an educator, platform speaker and experience management consultant. Being a road warrior and away from Colorado got a bit old, and the opportunity to join RedPeak proved irresistible, and a perfect fit, as she has collaborated with the company in a consultative capacity since its inception.
As the Director of Education and Team Experience, Lori facilitates the process of high functioning performance and works to deliver a positive experience for company team members. She loves that the culture at RedPeak is real and authentic – something she feels many companies give lip service to, but have trouble actually delivering.
Helping to build a team that is effective at developing and enhancing resident experiences through a focus on emotional intelligence and common sense practices, Lori feels that RedPeak’s ability to deliver in a different and authentic way is due to the level of trust and empowerment provided to team-members, which impacts the genuine resident relationships the company is known and admired for. Lori likes that there aren’t a lot of titles and layers at RedPeak, and the focus isn’t on “climbing the ladder”, “becoming an all around” and “moving up”, rather, Lori delivers happy teams and a positive resident experience by focusing on individual talent, expanding roles and personal growth opportunities.
In her spare time, Lori volunteers for the Apartment Association of metro Denver, cheers on her son’s high school football team and loves nothing more than enjoying time with her friends and family in the Colorado sunshine.
Being able to wander through Rocky Mountain National Park or one of my other Colorado favorites, Cottonwood Lake near Buena Vista and Dowdy Lake near Red Feather Lakes.

Marcia Armstrong has been in the residential apartment industry for 27 years, and in Colorado for most of that time.
Marcia’s natural ability at establishing authentic connections and finding creative solutions made a leasing job while in college sound appealing…and fun! Little did she know she had actually begun what was to be a long and successful career. As a Leasing Professional, Resident Manager and Portfolio Director, Marcia supervised progressively challenging, (and sometimes challenged), communities of every size and type. She has a keen ability to see a struggling community’s potential and a talent for building a team that delivers. Marcia contributed to the success of notable companies such as Woodbury Management and Legacy Partners before joining the RedPeak team 13 years ago, and has been instrumental in creating an inclusive culture throughout the organization since.
As a Portfolio Director, she is most proud of helping to build and develop a team that cares about their clients and residents, and that promotes a genuine approach to apartment management – something she considers to be her greatest personal achievement thus far. This commitment has been felt by many, and is why Marcia became a recent recipient of AAMD’s Tribute Award for Most Outstanding Regional Manager.
Outside of her dedication to the RedPeak team, Marcia loves to ski and can usually be found at her condo in Keystone enjoying the high country. She has a great affection for animals (dogs in particular – she currently has three rescue dogs) and has given back to the community through her volunteer work at the Animal Rescue of the Rockies, as well as though her ongoing support of Family Homestead, a local agency devoted to ending homelessness.
I love the four seasons, the 300 plus days of sunshine, the mountains, and the lifelong friends I’ve made. That and the Broncos. You gotta love those Broncos.

Nelson Laux has been with RedPeak for over nine years and is currently the Concierge Director. Having been in the hospitality industry prior to joining the RedPeak team, he has vast experience in everything from valet, bellman, and concierge services to a diverse spectrum of service industries including airlines, rental cars, and the hotel industry. Nelson has even dabbled in running his own t-shirt screen-printing business.
What Nelson loves about RedPeak is the daily interaction with residents and other team members whom he considers to be truly top notch. It is the RedPeak team and the prime location of each RedPeak property that sets the company apart from others in the industry. When not helping residents live comfortably, he can regularly be found helping others at the Denver Rescue Mission and The Food Bank of The Rockies. He has been an active member of the Concierge Association of Colorado for over 10 years and a Colorado resident for 17 years (which some would qualify as being a local, if not a true native).
I love the energy of working and living in the city, and the tranquility of the mountains nearby.

Paul Birnesser is more than the Corporate Controller for RedPeak. He is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. Before joining the RedPeak team in 2011, Paul contributed to the development of an in-house construction business that grew to be a $200-million success in less than 4 years. His passion for making a difference goes beyond the Denver residential industry; Paul serves as the Treasurer for St. Bonaventure Indian Mission and School in Thoreau, NM, helping to bring water to people who have none and providing a free education to 200 Navajo children.
To Paul, Denver’s thriving real estate market is resulting in a more lively community than ever before, something he is excited to contribute to. This energy also translates to the workplace - Paul enjoys RedPeak’s young, urban culture which maintains the highest standards for integrity, reputation and service. When Paul goes home, he enjoys being a father, following the Boston Red Sox, playing hockey and snowboarding.
I love the variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and concerts at Red Rocks.
