The Downtown Denver Partnership is a non-profit organization that creatively plans, manages and develops Downtown Denver as the unique, diverse, vibrant and economically healthy urban core of the Rocky Mountain region.

Mr. Zoellner is a well-respected real estate executive with nearly  years experience in the multifamily industry. He is also a member of the National Multi-Family Housing Council and a Multi-Family Housing Council member of the Urban Land Institute. He also serves as Chairman of the Colorado Multi-Family Housing Alliance.
